Claude Cartelier, CPESC

Claude Cartelier is an instructor for VOI Training Group's three-day Erosion and Sediment Control Practitioner (ESCP™) Certificate course. Claude has over five years teaching experience, with the last two of those years being with the VOI Training Group.

Claude obtained a Masters degree in Environmental Management, and has worked in the private sector in British Columbia and Alberta for the past 14 years. Having sub-consulted under various land planning and engineering companies and as an environmental consultant, Claude now fuses the three professions of environmental consulting, erosion and sediment control, and land planning.

Claude obtained his CPESC designation in 2009, and has since designed plans for and consulted for sites throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Washington State, and Oregon. Claude also sits on the board of directors at the Erosion and Sediment Control Association of B.C.
